It’s no secret — Nodeseeds’ main mission is to democratize the investment process by offering our community access to seed round investments in new crypto projects. Originally, holders of 350+ NDS tokens were invited to invest alongside us. Now, we’re extending similar bonuses via a tiered system, further democratizing access to the investment process!
Seed Members Tier — 25
We designed this tier as the perfect incentive for our long-term investors who use our revolutionary NDS token as an index fund representing exposure to our investment’s seed rounds. These investors plan to hold their NDS tokens for the long-term, riding the market ups and downs alongside us. We want to extend a bonus thank you for your trust, patience, and continuous participation in our growing movement.
Lottery: Receive Forfeited Allocations (Chances: Low)
A Private Group member investing alongside Nodeseeds must continue to hold at least 350 NDS tokens until the established pivot date to receive all their allotted tokens. The pivot date shifts with each project and generally reflects the investment’s vesting schedule. Some Private Group members who invested with us weeks/months ago left before their assigned pivot date. In this event, Nodeseeds becomes the owner of the forfeited allocation.
We want to utilize these tokens for the benefit of existing NDS token holders. Therefore, we recently decided to offer some of these forfeited allocations to our community via a lottery system. Nodeseeds will offer some of the previous project’s forfeited allocations, launched or not, to Seed Members who enter and subsequently win our random lottery.
Lottery winners can buy these forfeited allocations at the original offering price. Any proceeds derived from the selling of previous allocations qualify as monthly profit. These proceeds abide by the established rules for monthly profits — 40% of profits are used to buy back and burn NDS tokens. From the remaining profit, 45% is reinvested, while 15% goes to the team.
2x Referral rewards
Nodeseeds has an amazing referral program for those still unaware. Any member who refers a project in which Nodeseeds invests will receive 1% of the total dollar value of the closed deal, delivered NDS token, and an allocation in the project. Seed Members receive:
- 2% of the total dollar value of the closed deal in NDS tokens.
- Two (2) project allocations — one (1) allocation in the referral project (if you’re a private/anchor member, it will be an extra one), and one (1) allocation in future investments of your choice.
Early Access to Project Betas & Discord Rooms

Investing with Nodeseeds grants you access to certain private discord rooms, in which the Nodeseeds team and community actively vet our investments. In these communities, you could be one of the first to beta test dapps and mingle with the teams that build them!
Private Members Tier — 350
Holders of 350+ NDS tokens gained access to this flagship tier in late March, and it’s been a stunning success. We have more than 65 members in the Private Group — primarily active individuals who regularly assist the Nodeseeds team in identifying excellent potential investments. The Private Member tier is the perfect tier for investors seeking direct exposure to private sales and seed rounds of DeFi projects.
Invest With Us — 1x Allocation
Since the launch of Nodeseeds, all Private Group members can invest with us in allocations ranging from $500 to $1500. While we’ve experienced a fantastic success rate, a few deals end up with smaller allocations.
2.5x Referral Rewards
As we mentioned above, any member who refers a project in which Nodeseeds invests will receive 1% of the total dollar value of the closed deal, delivered NDS token, and an allocation in the project. To sweeten the deal, Private Members will receive:
- 2.5% of the total dollar value of the closed deal in NDS tokens.
- Two (2) project allocations — one (1) allocation in the referral project (if you’re a private/anchor member, it will be an extra one), and one (1) allocation in future investments of your choice.

Anchor Members Tier — 700
While physical anchors hold down the ship, Anchor investors hold down an opportunity. They’re the first to the table in the VC world. For this reason, they’re also often referred to as Lead investors. Some of our dedicated Private Group members decided to double (some triple!) their exposure to our revolutionary direct investment model by buying another private seat. Due to a clear increase in demand for higher-tiered rewards and to thank our dedicated Anchor investors, Nodeseeds has crafted an incentive structure that maximizes mutual value for all community members.
Invest With Us — 2x Allocations
3x Referral Rewards
As per our referral blog posts, any member who refers a project successfully (see details in the post) will receive 1% of the $ value of the closed deal in NDS token and an allocation in the project. Anchor Members will receive:
- 3% of the total dollar value of the closed deal, delivered in NDS token.
- (3) separate allocations: one (1) in the referred project (if you’re a private/anchor member, it will be an extra one), and two (2) in future investments of your choice.
No Investment Fees
DeFi growing pains means transaction fees varying between $0.50 and $50. To cover the cost of sending tokens via vesting increments over several months or years, we usually ask private members who invest with us to pay 5–10% fees depending on network activity. Anchor members will not have to pay this additional transaction fee.
Unfilled Spot Priority
From time to time, pledged private members end up backing out of their investment. Anchor members now have expanded priority over any leftover allocations.
Access OTC Deals
Our core business at Nodeseeds is identifying exceptional DeFi investments for the benefit of NDS token holders. However, we occasionally come across an opportunity to invest in an OTC deal. When we close on any exceptional OTC deals, Anchor Members have priority to fill any subsequent slots.
Incubate With Us (4Q2021)
Nodeseeds proudly announces our Incubation Program, scheduled for later this year in 4Q2021. Anchor members will gain access to bonus allocations via this program. Make sure to follow Nodeseeds on social media for announcements regarding program specifics.
