Since we raised over 120 ETH on Friday 26th March, 3 investments have already been secured, both for Nodeseeds and for members of the private group. 1 of these 3 deals have been closed thanks to a member of our community. He was rewarded in NDS tokens.

As we are thinking of moving to a structured DAO with our private group, and since quality deal flow is key for any investment, we have decided to leverage the great community we have to help us find great deals.
Nodeseeds will reward anyone that introduces quality projects to us, as long as we did not contact the team beforehand, and that we close the deal.
The total amount of NDS kept aside for this opportunity is currently 250 $NDS (45,000$ at the time of writing) from the Community reserve.
How to refer a project?
1 — Find a good quality project that is looking for a private deal or a seed round allocation.
Make sure that:
- The project runs on the solid Layer 1 Blockchain and has a token.
- The project has the potential to significantly impact its market.
- The project is led by an outstanding team who has efficient partners & a plan in place to grow.
- You identify the fundraising stage (seed rounds/private sales/public sales?).
2 — Getting in touch & earning NDS tokens
Once you checked the previous criteria, get in touch and send us an e-mail at admin@nodeseeds.com. Give us as many details as possible! From there, if we did not get in touch with the team previously, and if a deal is closed, you will get two things:
- First you can earn between 1 and 3% of the total secured allocation in $NDS. For instance, if we get an allocation of $50k, you will get at least $500 & up to $1k in NDS tokens, depending on the quality of the project.
- Second, if you want to, you will have a spot secured in the allocation we got, even if you are not part of the NDS private group. For instance, for a $50k allocation, if Nodeseeds take $20k, and if we decide to allocate 30 spots of $1k for 30 different members of the private group. 1 of these spots will automatically be reserved to you.
Finding great deals with great projects is the core of our business, and we want to do everything in our power to ensure we get into the very best private sales & seed rounds deals.
